The Reston Warriors AP Baseball Program wasary. We currently field teams at the 9U, 10U, 11U and 12U age levels, with the Warriors AP season running from fall through the following summer.

All teams compete locally, with some participating at the state, regional and national levels of competition. Reston Warriors Advanced Placement teams consist primarily of Reston-Herndon Little League players, along with as many as two out of boundary exemptions per team.

The mission of the Reston Warriors AP Baseball Program is to promote and facilitate the development of players' skills along with the understanding and respect for the game of baseball, while playing in a competitive team environment. Though our Warriors AP program is not directly affiliated with Reston Herndon Little League, we work very closely and in cooperation with our house league program through Reston Youth Baseball. Warriors AP players not playing another fall sport will be expected to play in the RHLL Fall House League in addition to their Warriors schedule. Players on Warriors teams must also plan on participating in RHLL House League during the spring 2024 season to remain eligible for Reston Warriors Advanced Placement Baseball.

Reston Warriors AP Baseball plans to field two teams at 9u, 10u, 11 & 12u age group. These teams will carry the Reston AP Baseball brand, Reston Warriors Black and Reston Warriors Red. Warriors teams are the only AP teams allied with RHLL, however all costs associated to run the Warriors program come from the families of the participating players. RHLL does not fund the Warriors program.

7u & 8u AP Clinics: 
RHLL runs baseball clinics on Sundays for players that want more baseball and have a desire to improve their skill set. All players interested are invited to attend, but must register above.

These clinics will run up until Advanced Placement Warriors tryouts in summer when we will form two 9u teams and one 8u team for the following season.  These clinics will be run by RHLL coaches and there is no cost to attend.

Virtual Parents Meeting:
We will be hold and interest meeting on 7/21/24 at 7:00pm for parents to attend virtually. 2024 - 2025 Season Tryouts:
All tryouts for the upcoming season listed below will be closed to all spectators including non-manager parents. Players should arrive to tryouts 10 minutes early. Please have your player wear baseball pants, hat and come with all their baseball equipment (including catcher’s gear if they it.)
